Manage domestic and international currency portfolios of the top segment and grow affluent masses
Conceive of strategies for the mass affluent market and put them into action.
Coordinate closely with the Retail Products group to develop relationship pricing and differentiated product pricing models, as well as other customer upgrade initiatives aimed at strengthening client relationships.Drive product penetration and profitability through the implementation of a portfolio strategy and mass affluent client engagement.
Review and analyse market trends, pipeline reports, call reports, and win/loss trends to provide guidance to sales management.
Determine the retail affluent consumer segment’s hunger for distinctive products by conducting customer focus groups and competition reviews.
Create an effective marketing and sales strategy to increase the customer base and sustain a steady flow of new business possibilities.
Responsible for overseeing client portfolios and ensuring that customer plans are kept current by the relationship managers. Build stronger bonds with both current and potential customers for the banks.
Relationship managers closely monitor client accounts to ensure they are meeting the client’s needs and performing well, with the aim of managing the portfolio and increasing revenue.
Stay abreast of industry conditions and proactively identify chances to accomplish private banking revenue goals while minimising potential challenges through thorough research.
Develop market-specific strategies for client acquisition, growth, and retention that centre on the bank-wide emphasis on client experience and client results.People Management
- Embrace a performance-based culture by mentoring, coaching, guiding, and providing on-the-job training when necessary to build and nurture high-performing teams.
Motivate team members to learn and grow by highlighting their successes and providing constructive criticism.
Make sure that everyone on the team takes responsibility for responding to and handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely way. Serve as a point of contact for any questions or concerns that have not been addressed.

Knowledge and Skills:
- Expertise in retail banking’s top services, familiarity with customer purchasing habits and price sensitivity, and familiarity with the traits of mass-affluent consumers
Extensive knowledge of financial services and loan products.

A bachelor’s degree in economics, banking, finance, or business studies is required; a master’s degree in management or business administration is desirable.
Proven expertise in premier banking operations serving high-net-worth individuals (HNWs) for a minimum of seven years, with a minimum of three of those years spent in a leadership role.
